The complete assembling hydraulic actuator ELMO-GM 100x4/50
PURPOSE: The hydraulic actuator ELMO-GM 100×4/50 is intended for hoisting heavy large-size loads up to 400 t during assembling and repair works.
Name ELMO-GM 100×4/50 interpretation:
ELMO - means electric and assembling equipment;
GM - means assembling hydraulic actuator;
100 - maximum carrying capacity of each post, t;
4 - number of posts in the actuator;
50 - maximum pressure in hydraulic system, MPa.
The hydraulic actuator ELMO-GM 100×4/50 contains a pump unit YG4e1/50 (1 item on fig.1), 4 power hydrocylinders SGg 100/50 (7.1 - 7.4 items) connected to the pump unit with 4 pump high pressure hoses RVD 6/40 (10.1 - 10.4 items) and 4 pump high pressure hoses RVD 6/72 (9.1 - 9.4 items) 8 meters long each.

The pump unit YG4e1/50
YG4 - type of the pump unit;
e - electric drive (3х380 V, 50 Hz, 2.2 kW);
1 - useful displacement at pessure from 0 to 50 MPa, sm³;
50 - maximum working pressure, MPa.
Dry weight of the pump unit is no more then 65 kg.
Tht power hydrocylinders SGg 100/50
SGg - a power hydrocylinders with a hydraulic return of piston;
100 - maximum operating effort, t;
50 - maximum pressure, MPa.
Weight of the power hydrocylinder is 60 kg;
The power hydrocylinder structural features:
- Hydrocylinders work from the pump unit with the electric drive.
- 4 tread holes placed on the hydrocylinder's lower base allows to fasten it on the area of bearing in cases of horizontal transportation of loads (if is necessary).
- Hydraulic return of piston provides fast preparedness to the next working cycle.
- The piston of hydrocylinder equipped with floating bearing which leads to decreasing of radial loading on piston during off-axis loads.
- Concentric heat-treated riffles on the back-up plate surface protect load from sliding.
- The power hydrocylinder is completed with control check valve KY-8 which prevents spontaneous immersion of piston in a case of failure (when a pump high pressure hose breaks).
